1. Introduction
By using the Karosa (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms of Use (“Seller Terms”). The App is a platform that facilitates the creation of orders between wholesale Sellers and Buyers but does not manage payments, delivery, or dispute resolution.
2. Seller Registration
To sell products on the App, Sellers must register and create a Seller account. You agree to provide accurate and complete business information and update your details as necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product listings.
3. Product Listings
Sellers can list their products in various categories on the App. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, and availability of the products you list. Listings should not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.
4. Order Management
Once an order is placed by a Buyer, you will receive a notification through the App. You must confirm, process, and fulfill orders promptly. Sellers must ensure that the products delivered match the specifications outlined in their listings.
5. No Payment Processing
Karosa does not handle payments between Buyers and Sellers. Payments are made directly between the Buyer and Seller outside of the App. Karosa does not guarantee the Buyer’s payment and is not responsible for payment disputes.
6. Communication
Sellers are encouraged to maintain clear communication with Buyers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability. Any issues or complaints regarding products or transactions should be addressed directly between Buyers and Sellers.
7. Prohibited Activities
Sellers agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the App to distribute harmful content or malware.
- Engage in unfair or discriminatory practices.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Karosa reserves the right to suspend or terminate Seller accounts that violate these Seller Terms or engage in unethical or illegal behavior. Termination may occur without prior notice.
9. Indemnification
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Karosa, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App, including the sale of products, payment issues, and legal disputes with Buyers.
10. Changes to Seller Terms
Karosa may update these Seller Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-App notification.
